We can only see your pet through the photos you provide, so please make sure the photos capture the true color of their fur and their unique features. We want to create the most accurate representation of your beloved pet, so please provide the highest quality photos of your pet to help us ensure your satisfaction.

If your pet has unique features, such as birthmarks or different colored eyes, it’s best to take a close-up photo to capture these details.
If you are ordering a full-body model, please submit at least one photo of the face, back, chest, tail, paws, and two different angles of the body size.
